Quality Investments

We have more than 25 well-trained quality control personnel at all stages related to quality.

• Chemical regulatory group：Responsible for chemical compliance. Require suppliers to sign agreements and test randomly selected materials. Ensure that the materials we use meet international standards, such as reach, ca65, CPSIA, etc.
• Leather or fabric：100% full inspection of incoming materials. It is necessary to arrange quality control personnel to go to the supplier's warehouse for inspection. In addition to visual inspection, color fastness and measurement test are also carried out.
• Hardware：100% full inspection of incoming materials. It is necessary to arrange quality control personnel to inspect the supplier's warehouse. In addition to visual inspection, there are corrosion resistance test and functional test.
• Accessories and others：All the materials are of the same style and color, and necessary performance test is required.
• Internal test shall be arranged for raw materials, and trial production shall be done before mass production, to test whether hardware mold / wooden mold / computerized stitching machine is suitable, so as to ensure smooth production.
• 100% full inspection shall be carried out on the cut leather pieces to ensure that the all component on bags are matched with grain and colors, and flow on the production line with number marks.
• Each production line is equipped with in-line inspection and final QC.
  In line QC is responsible for the inspection from material cutting to semi-finished products.
  All materials and components can flow to the next process only after they have been checked by QC.
  All processes shall be signed and confirmed by QC supervisor before mass production.
  After QC inspection of key processes, QC special color tag will be hung to distinguish qualified / unqualified.
